One of my Lloydminster-based confidential informants swung by Casa Ross this weekend and took a pic showing no vehicles in attendance, establishing that something is happening there what with pickup trucks sometimes in the driveway and sometimes not.
I am taking this as a good sign that there is some effort being invested in prepping the property for market, at which time I will be prepared to leap into action with a filing or two.

Someone is clearly scared of getting served on a Monday morning. You need to serve the other three beneficiaries, one of which will be the executor. File a claim against the estate and all beneficiaries. Get it done NOW. Patrick is clearly quite scared and vulnerable at the moment.
Ironically, while Patrick is definitely vulnerable, he is not scared simply because he is so astonishingly ignorant of the depth of trouble he's in. To this day, Patrick still thinks he is in no danger, and that he can keep ignoring his legal obligations to the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, and his increasingly massive debt to me. He obviously thinks that, as long as he doesn't resolve these issues, they will go away.
This is not a sustainable lifestyle, as Patrick is soon to learn.
All for the best, really. After all these years of dodging, weaving, and hiding, Patrick will be forced to clear the better percentage of his most prized Bradford Exchange Titanic collector plate. After that, clear the remaining portion. After that, who knows! I've heard tell of gals who appreciates a man who takes responsibility for past mistakes.
While there may be a gal who can forgive a man his past, I'm pretty sure that his friendship with Joseph Sproull is going to be a deal breaker.
He always has the men in tights to turn to and keep him warm.
