Hard to see how he can remain President of the JCCF while facing criminal charges for an offense that's already resulted in a lifetime ban from practising law. I guess Justice really IS blind. And deaf. And mute. And a little stupid.
Not good enough (or criminal enough) to be banned from practicing law in Manitoba. Yet, he is allowed to practice in all the other provinces in Canada. The law really is an ass. He shuld be banned throughout the country, no?
