That would be the hearing related to my Application to have Patrick Ross' idiotic lawsuit kicked to the curb. It remains to be seen whether he shows up, or bails at the last minute as he did last time.
Tick tock ...

Does it matter if he shows up? Or will it still get thrown out even if he doesn't show?
It's not clear whether showing or not showing will end worse for Patrick.
If he shows, I guarantee he will get a savage dressing down from the judge for dishonestly skipping his Nov. 4 hearing, claiming "illness" while being at the gym later that day.
If he *doesn't* show, well, that will be just more confirmation of Patrick playing his stupid games, whereupon I'm pretty sure I will win my Application for Summary Judgment without having to make much of an argument.
Personally, I don't care if he shows or not -- I'm fairly sure it won't affect the outcome.

Would Patrick attend virtually or in person?
I don't really care -- I will be attending virtually so it makes no difference to me.
So, I see he's bragging on Twitter that he has an ironclad case against you ... this should be amusing, especially in light of the context.
MgS: I guess we'll find out on Friday.
