I don't think she's programmed to do so. Much like Pierre Pollievre isn't programmed to have empathy, or any emotions other than anger and smug superiority.
It honestly saddens me that my home province (Manitoba) is responsible for both Candice Bergen (Morden) and Michelle Rempel Garner (originally from Winnipeg). If there's any bright side - at least with Michelle - no one on Twitter can see what she has to say, since I'm sure she's blocked everyone on there by now.
