It is one of the great mysteries of life that when normal people and 'liberal' governments go into debt it is a sign of moral failure.When 'conservative governments and corporations do it it is a necessary and quite normal thing.It's a good thing hypocrisy doesn't have an odor because otherwise the air would be unbreathable.
It's in the same vein of mysteries as the whole tax and spend being a bad thing... I seem to think that sounds like ensuring a cash flow...
