I was just reading somewhere that this is a grand ol' master plan by Harper. *snort* That he's ingeniously figured out that a coalition will fail, we'll all go to the polls again, and we'll all be so mad at the Libs and NDPs that we'll give him a majority just to stop this shit from happening again. If I find where it was, I'll give you the link and you can have at him. :)
