Remember Scrooge McDuck's money vault? Well, Dick Cheney has a vault much like that, and it's most likely filled with a good fraction of that 260 tons of money.
(The interesting thing about that story is that is seemed to imply that this missing US$4,000,000,000+ was not included in the US$8,800,000,000 that was previously reported missing. It's a good racket if you can get in on it, I guess.)
Bremer got the Medal of Freedom for this. He was nominated by the bankers in Switzerlnd who received most of the money.

Geez I thought all that Oil for Food money was embezzled by Kofi Annan. How did some of it wind up on a pallet flown by the government of the USA.
