Maybe she's part squirrel. They don't notice their babies are gone until there are three left. It would explain her fear of owls anyway.
Thanks for linking back to my story :)Actually I think even if their was only 2 owls left, it would still be ok by Ambrose. They can still mate! But what if the owls were homosexual? Would it be a threat then? :P
