Bush to Congress: No more human-animal hybrids.

I'm sure you've all read about this by now -- Commander Chimpy's sudden veering from reality during his State of the Union address:

Tonight I ask you to pass legislation to prohibit the most egregious abuses of medical research, human cloning in all its forms, creating or implanting embryos for experiments, creating human-animal hybrids, and buying, selling or patenting human embryos

But without hybrids, how would you maintain your supply of conservatives who are also horses' asses?
