Thankee fer the linkup, CC.<BR/><BR/>There were a few occasions last fall when MacKay and Harper, as well, were questioned on detainees and they said we have a good agreement with the Afghans and it's working fine. It was, in fact, not working fine. It wasn't working, at all. The agreement had been suspended on Nov 6 and MacKay and Harper both knew that.
