The man is perpetually stuck at the middle-school mindset where anything goes as long as you don't get "caught" doing it ... come to think of it, middle-school is about where he seems to have stalled out at in terms of emotional development.
It's amusing to watch Patrick lecture everyone else on stuff like accountability and personal responsibility.
