Actually, I reserve my harshest judgement for the two Canadian NRO associates who enabled that fraud: Mark Steyn (who gave Liberal Fascism a neutral-to-positive reviews) and David Frum, who remained silent. Both of them knew what a complete disaster than book was and both did nothing.
