In "breaking news," Canadian bloggy superstar, political analyst and ace pundit Stephen Taylor reports breathlessly on what everyone else is reporting, while demonstrating that he is incapable of spelling "eligible." Or "strike." That's why Stephen's a fellow at the Manning Centre for Building Democracy, and you're not.
