Shorter Better-than-Ezra: Sometimes I even surprise myself with how brilliant I truly am. No, really.
I'm curious. If Ezra continued to wank ad nauseum in the forest and none of his shrieky boy-band-fans were around to hear, would he still be a laughably self-absorbed, pathologically deluded, navel-gazing narcissist?

I doubt that's why he recommended it. Sensible people everywhere think Ezra should take counselling, although I think his narcissistic personality disorder is too entrenched.
In addition, I've read that psychopaths don't respond to counselling at all; that it in fact makes them more skilled at manipulation.
