  1. I definitely think it's time to rethink the legal framework of the corporation.

  2. And I think it's time to rethink the relationship of media to non-media corporations. It's nice that the paper of record is featuring commentary like this, but when it allowed Judith Miller to promote the military-industrial complex's campaign for Invasion-apalooza, not to mention all of its other sins of ommission over the last seven years, there's a larger issue here that needs to be addressed.
