JUXTAPOSE!

Convicted malicious defamer and trustee-less undischarged bankrupt who apparently committed criminal identity fraud and has, for years, neglected his legal obligations to Canada's Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy will now lecture us on the "rule of law."

OK, then.

My prayers have gone unanswered. Pat King and Pat Ross continue to present as different people. I even planned to donate to the GoFundMe campaign for books for the court to throw at him.

Why is it that so many of these idiots have forgotten about S1 of the Charter, as well as the idea that “the right to protest” does not extend to engaging in a siege-like occupation of a city, harassing residents, attempting to burn apartment buildings down, etc.

Sure, the right to peacefully assemble and protest IS in fact the law. The right to do so while blocking off several city blocks - particularly in the downtown area of a major city - over a period of several weeks isn't. Hence why it's called civil disobedience, with emphasis on the word civil. You know that in blocking a road or camping out in front of some business is illegal, but you do it peacefully to make a point, knowing full well you're likely to getting arrested (at minimum).

These numpties, on the other hand, figured they were going to stay there for a long time, be as loud and obnoxious as possible, and not face arrest, because (a) they've never attended a meaningful protest before, (b) they're privileged, even if they don't realise it (though it's safe to say most do), and/or (c) they're a bunch of fucking morons! They fucked around, and finally (after three weeks!), they've reached the finding out part. Even with as much privilege as these "conservative" fuckers have, the last thing they want to do is go taunting Happy Fun Police.
