And so it begins ... the Chronicles of Twatrick.

Since a number of people have harangued me privately as to how things are progressing regarding my massive and ever-increasing defamation judgment against undischarged (and no longer protected by stay of proceedings) bankrupt Patrick Ross, I will be brief.

The $100K+ judgment aside, Patrick owes me precisely $2,250 in costs that were levied against him in his recent doomed attempts to escape his situation. Collecting this amount is a totally separate item on the TO DO list from the judgment, Patrick has owed me these costs for well over a year now, and he's made it clear he has no interest in paying them.

To that end, that collection has been turned over to the Sheriff's Office of Saskatchewan, who will enforce the collection. That action has been placed in their queue and they will get to it when it percolates to the top, so I have no idea when it will be put in play, but that should not take long and when it does, as I understand it, the local constabulary will be showing up at Patrick's house to enforce the collection.

It is odd that, given Patrick's sizable debt to me, he chooses to die on this particular hill representing such a minor amount, but that is a decision he's made, and now he has to deal with that choice. And he can explain it to the Sheriffs when they come calling.

But aren't conservatives supposed to be all about financial responsibility and respect for the law?

I note from his twitter feed he's still commenting with the same tissue-thin googlectual veneer of expertise on international affairs, economics, trade, geopolitics and other profound areas. Does the mulleted wonderkind actually have a job? a residence of his own? a life??

That guy lives in Saskatchewan, right? Oh, man, that is the wrong province to be a debtor. In different provinces, the amount you can garnish from someone if they owe you money is different, some provinces have a maximum, some define a percentage, some define how much is *exempt* from garnishment and so on depending on if you have dependents, etc, etc.

Saskatchewan is the worst. If you live there and someone files to garnish your wages, unless you have dependents (which I'm pretty sure Patrick doesn't), you get to *keep* a maximum of $500 a month. That's it. $500 a month. Doesn't matter how much you make, it *all* goes to your creditor except for $500 a month.

That guy is screwed.

Yours sincerely,
Saskaguy

Apparently, Patrick has his own YouTube channel, with all of 9 subscribers:

Given his maturity level on Twitter, I figured he was in his early to mid 20s, then someone told me that he turns 40 this year. That's just sad, a 40-year-old bankrupt, living at home, and making YouTube videos about UFC and hockey. I know 16-year-olds who have accomplished more.
