Time for a new wanker torture talking point.

Until now, "Well, it's not like Canadian troops tortured them!" Actually, it is.

Check back tomorrow when we learn why that doesn't count.

Oh, for Christ's sake. Whine, whine, whine. It was only 60 degrees - not like they actually stuck him in a furnace.

And that guy at Abu Ghraib? Shit, people PAY big bucks for electrolysis.

"It's the first Ottawa's heard of it."

If that statement is true, then they are incurious idiots running an incompetent government.

If they knew, but didn't tell Canadians, then they are evil incurious idiots running an incompetent government.

“We felt (Ottawa HQ) didn’t care,” Utton told the commission. “Nobody in Canada gave a crap.”

I find this quote to be very interesting. It is a talking point that I've heard repeated by whingers: "nobody cares what happened to Afghan detainees" except it seems, dirty fucking hippies and Canadian soldiers in the field. That last bit should be used to beat whingers over the head when they try to use this talking point:

Whinger: No one cares what happens to a bunch of rag head afghan terrorists.

DFH: Except for CANADIAN SOLDIERS you mean? Why don't you try being more like a CANADIAN SOLDIER, YOU KNOW THE ONES YOU KEEP ON SAYING YOU RESPECT AND ADMIRE SO FUCKING MUCH YOU IMBECILE?
