Easy access to handguns and religious lunacy.

What could possibly go wrong?

Wow, she sounded pretty mentally ill. And yeah filling her twisted head with all that end of the world Armageddon nonsense doesn't help.

Thank you Glenn Beck.

I'll go out on a limb and say that the echatological religious stuff was more dangerous than the availability of guns. She was so convinced that she was the 'anti-Christ' and was going to hell that she would have ended up stabbing or poisoning her son and herself even if there were no guns around.

I would say that living in a country where someone with a documented history of mental illness can just walk into a gun range, sign a piece of paper that says, "I'm not crazy or a criminal" and rent a handgun probably had a lot more to do with it.

"Sometimes, like what happens Sunday, you have no control," Anderson said. "There's nothing you can do to prevent it."

Yes Mr. Anderson, there was nothing that you, as the owner and operatator of a business that caters to people who want to hone their ability to kill other people, could have done to keep a gun out of the hands of crazy woman especially if she cleverly claims not to be crazy.
