Victory!

Evidently, this is news.

Michael Ignatieff steered the EllPeeCee around a significant political obstacle, by remembering to bend at the waist.
This is it? The entire budget amendment amounts to: we're going to pay attention to what you do with the money. I can haz staitman badj! I don't think I have ever seen a more dismal slate of prats, poseurs and pillocks caught in the pretense of government. Lesser of evils , how are we to divine thee when there be no more than an angel's whisker between the bastards?

The amendment was the price Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff set for his party's support in the main budget vote Tuesday.

Hear that Steve, you just try and not keep us informed every once in a while and we'll, we'll... you know... like that and stuff. And how goes the business of tempering the steel of the Liberal backbone, gone soft under Puddings Dion?

Four of the party's six Newfoundland and Labrador MPs are vowing to vote against the budget, maintaining that it singles out their province and robs it of some $1.6 billion in federal funding.

Unity! I guess those ingrates on the rock don't understand the mission to greatness that we, as a nation, are embarking on. Optics, you fish eating bastards. The least you could do after campaigning so valiantly against Steve Harper is to lie down and take a hit for the team. And by team I mean... Michael Ignatieff man of the ages, history on the hoof, parole officer of the damned. The prodigal narcissist.

When I say we should bring the farce of the Liberal Party to a close I'm told that it would only force the semi-stupid to join with the totally stupid in the CPC.

Which would be different on a practical level how exactly?

Cuznor, what will you do about these fellow Maritimers.?
Any other MPs in the Liberal Party willing to vote on his/her own gut feelings, or constituency poll?
