I need a word beyond "irony."

From recent CPoC campaign material:

In the next election, the choice Canadians face is clear. They can choose between weak leadership, broken promises, and idleness from the Stephane Dion Liberals or real action and real results from Prime Minister Stephen Harper and the Conservative Government.

And as the man who blustered on and on about giving Canadians the peace of mind of "fixed" election dates before dragging them into an early election, Stephen Harper is just the person to lecture you on broken promises.

No, really.

And Harper putting on his "serious" face and having a tantrum over the opposition's resistance to Conservative policies does *not* amount to strong leadership.
On the topic of idleness ... do the words "climate change" ring a bell? The Cons were totally idle on that file, and still are, much to our detriment.
