That second post, with the bit about Serge Menard?

I know it's considered fun to mock the BQ/PQ MPs (leaving aside that they are quite effective in the committees) but Menard (no matter his views on federalism) is a former Quebec minister of Public Security. When he starts trying to unravel stuff, he actually knows what he's talking about...
