It's going to be a mite hectic here at Chez CC for the next little while, so I'll make this post short. Canadian creationist fuckwit Denyse O'Leary once again dons the mantle of "Canada's Most Appalling Dumbass" here:
Is PZ Myers a wronged man?
Some claim he has only himself to blame for creating a needless uproar and others insist that he is an honest man unjustly ejected.
I wasn't there.
Let's think about that for a second. If you've followed the last couple days of Denyse's hideous dishonesty (mixed liberally with large doses of rampant stupidity), you'll know that she's been trying on half a dozen different excuses as to why PZ Myers was expelled from Expelled, to the point where she even admits receiving an e-amil from the film's producer Mark Mathis thusly:
"You should know that I invited Michael shermer to a screening at NRB in Nashville. He came and is writing a review for scientific American. I banned pz because I want him to pay to see it. Nothing more. "
Make sure you appreciate what the film's own producer has just admitted here -- that PZ was escorted off the premises of a free screening simply because Mathis wanted PZ to pay for the privilege of watching that film. "Nothing more." Did you catch that? "Nothing more."
In short, Mathis has openly and unambiguously admitted that PZ did nothing wrong. PZ didn't show up uninvited, he didn't game the system, he wasn't being loud or obnoxious or harassing other moviegoers. No, Mathis makes it clear that PZ was sent packing simply because Mathis wanted his ten bucks.
And even after Mathis makes this painfully clear to that stupid, stupid woman, Denyse has the incredible lack of awareness to write:
Some claim [PZ] has only himself to blame for creating a needless uproar and others insist that he is an honest man unjustly ejected.
I wasn't there.
No, Denyse, you weren't there. But the film's own producer has explained what happened, using words that even someone as terminally stupid as you should be able to understand. And yet, Denyse soldiers on, bleating her pathetic, "Gosh, it's just so confusing, I guess we'll never know."
Fuck you, Denyse. What happened here is abundantly clear to people who can read -- you simply refuse to accept it and, in all likelihood, will suck up to the next ridiculous excuse that gets tossed on your doorstep.
"I wasn't there." God, Denyse, but what's it like to be that blinkered, insular and dishonest? Seriously.
SMACKDOWN! Yeah ... what he said. Playing chess with a pigeon. That has Patrick Ross written all over it, doesn't it?
