Liberals. Fail. Fallout.

Okay. Some people I respect are asking valid questions, like why scream at the helplessly fucking inept twats that make up today's Liberal party when we could change the party from within by getting actively involved. Frankly, I don't think the Liberal hierarchy is going to adapt to an insurgence of actual left leaning idealists. They are every bit as much a party of the establishment as the cons. More so, in fact, because their roots in the power structure of Canada are deep and entrenched. Then there is the blase foolishness being spat up by the Liberal partisans about the bold plan of enabling the Conservatives so that Canadians will get angry enough to turf them out. Well congratulations dimwits, Canadians or at least the online people who are engaged and active, are indeed angry. At the fecking stupid Liberal Party of Canada.

But, but, but that means the cons will get in next time and maybe have a majority. Yup. Quite fucking likely. You might have though of that before curling up in the political fetal position and letting Harper have his fucking way with your hinds. Way to go Monsieur Dion, your spineless waffling non-presence has pretty much assured that. The polls are not moving toward the Liberals, regardless of scandal upon Conservative scandal. Why? Because the Liberal Party has demonstrated nothing, nada, zilch in the way of alternative policy, agenda or option to the current pack of goons in power. So, the issue remains, who to vote for? The NDP? Well, fire Jack Layton and put Charlie Angus up front and I'd think about it. Me, I'm thinking I just might run in the next election, as a candidate for the Bloc Quebecois. Let's take the Bloc national and get candidates in ridings across the country. At least they have the bollocks to chart their own course and stand up to Harper whenever they feel like it. A feat that seems beyond todays Liberals.

My dissent meter just got really hot and started to smell like burning electronics.

I'm recalibrating.

You know, getting Bloc candidates outside of Quebec might just do it...

After all, we'd be changing the party from the inside, right?

Oh man, imagine the look on Cherniak's face then...

So the nationwide Bloc would want all the provinces and territories to secede together from... Parliament Hill?

Count me in!

I'm imagining pink, spoiled cottage cheese with a couple of raisins in it.
