HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Let the furious backpedaling begin. Did I call it or what?

P.S. I love it when a woman begs. Well, yeah, that way, too.

AFTERSNARK
: You have to love Kathy's pathetic pleading for others to help her out of the mess she's now in:

I request that the many readers of Small Dead Animals take this addendum to heart and publicize it to the best of their ability, by posting a link to this update on their sites and even emailing it to anyone to whom they might have emailed the original links.

Yes, that would be the same Kathy Shaidle who doesn't even allow comments on her own site, now throwing herself on the mercy of the blogosphere and begging them to do the legwork in saving her sorry, libelous ass.

That's some serious irony there, and when I use the word "irony," I mean in the actual, correct sense of the word.

DOUBLE PLUS GOOD AFTERSNARK
: From the comments section of that piece:

Others- jd and wk come to mind- will cheer for your [Shaidle's] supposed downfall.

Um ... yeah. Personally, I'd love to see Shaidle dragged into court and sued for every penny she's got for being a worthless, bigoted, libelous hack. Is that so wrong? Does that make me a bad person?

Holy crap, man... a classic right off the mark in the comments to that frantic ass-covering wherein "otter" writes this:

"I Hate the word alleged."

Note how "hate" is capitalized. And that otter's "Hate" is inspired by having to somehow diminish the absolute truth of one's hateful comments with pesky, annoying legalese.

These, I might add, are the same people who claim to believe in the rule of law.

Except I guess when it impedes their HATE.

What about roasted on a spit? I think, given her uber-Catholic heritage, that would be both appropriate AND ironic.

Any of the white cheddar topping left for the popcorn?

Bring out the ducking stool! Maybe it's a witch. Five Fetus of Fetish does the oopsie dance, film at 11.

A two-fer!! Kathy and Kate! Kathy says that the bell cannot be unrung. No, Kathy, the bell tolls for thee.

Can I have caramel popcorn?

Maybe someone should start a Jiffy-Pop® Watch to see when the foil dome of Shaidle's psychotic delusion finally bursts open...

Not to bring religion into this discussion but perhaps Lyle Lovette says it best.

So who says he'll forgive you
And says that he'll miss you
And dream of your sweet memory
God does
But I don't
God will
from: But I won't
And that's the difference
Between God and me

This is probably an indelicate time to ask this question. But I've long wondered whether "Five Feet of Fury" and "Small Dead Animals" are actually accurate descriptors of the indigenous fauna on the planets our two favourite hatemongers immigrated from.

If it does, darling, then I am just as gleefully bad. Hey, SQ, pass the caramel popcorn - this is getting good ...

I'm truly stirred by the courage these defenders of free speech are exhibiting. It's comforting and inspiring to think that these are the people who'll stop at nothing to defend your civil liberties.

I won't even cut and paste a comment I was directed to at Relapsed Catholic that indicates what Kathy Shaidle thinks of the economic hardships of other people.

...oh what the hell:

"Once again, Kevin Michael Grace offers his take on a party to which he wasn't invited.

Being called a "nobody" by a chronically-unemployable, wound-licking, pedantic pariah who can't provide for his wife and children makes me soooo very sad. After leaving my well-paying job tonight, I'll have to try to console myself by charging some new stuff on my platinum card, then taking a relaxing dip in the condo pool.

Quelle domage [sic]..."

Such a violation of Catholic compassion borders on apostasy, if you ask me.

I note from subsequent posts that Kathy is now job-hunting. I sincerely hope her platinum card is maxed to the gills and her condo fees are in arrears ... that'll make the libel suit that much more entertaining.

Ti-Guy — You have a fearsome memory. That particular moment of "conservative compassion" has slipped my mind.

By the way, when is the esteemed university scribe Mr. Patrick Ross going to take Shaidle to task over her "panhandling" for contributions via PayPal? You know... it's important for these "conservatives" to be consistent and all.

Allegedly, let's be clear.

I can't let my memory take credit for that; I was directed to it by something I saw recently.

I try not to pay attention to haters; it's a distraction, since most of what they base their beliefs about the real world on is not rational.
