Oh. My. God.

If my Catholic schoolgirl upbringing had actually left any lasting impressions, I might take this as one of the seven signs of the Apocalypse.

David Oliver is innocent: Dr Roy was wrong

In one of my earliest posts on this blog I commented on various aspects of grit criminality, including the case of David Oliver. I assumed the charges were true as dithers Martin immediately made Mr Oliver resign. I know know that the NDP covered up the fact that Mr Oliver was innocent.
I was wrong. In my defence the grits also believed the charges and the NDP hid the exculpatory evidence, but I was still wrong and I apologize to Mr Oliver.
I wonder if dithers will apologize?

In other news, water is wet, the sky is blue, the Harper government lies and George W. Bush is never the smartest guy in the room. We now send you back to our regularly scheduled snark.

P.S. Yes, I know we’re supposed to be laying off Dr.Roy - CC’s right, it really is too easy - but I just couldn't let this one slide.
