Apparently, "classlessness" is the word of the day in Wankerville.

Shorter "Steno Boy": "Apparently, I totally screwed the pooch believing Ann Coulter, so let me attack and denigrate Max Cleland some other way."

I don't see how I'm classless. I took your criticism, and rethought what Coulter said. You assumed I wouldn't for no reason other than you hate anything remotely non-socialist.

If being injured in a war exempts you from criticism than Duke Cunningham would be exempt, as would Bob Dole. My revised criticism of Cleland was legitimate and based on his voting record.

Except that you failed to mention that Max Cleland was one of the few legislators to actually read the Patriot Act and he was appalled by more than just the easing of union strictures.

By the way, in your post you wrote this:

The point I wanted to get across was that it is essential that victory is achieved in Iraq in the battle against Islamic Fascism.

There was no "Islamic Fascism", as you call it, in Iraq until the Bush administration invaded the place. In fact, Iraq was one of the farthest places in the world from being the cradle of Islamic fundamentalism. That all came about after the Christian Fascists (Hey, two can play your game) launched their latest Crusade.

It might have been helpful to have noted that Cleland was actually a co-sponsor of legislation introduced on May 2, 2002, calling for the creation of a cabinet-level DHS. In fact, it was the Bush White House that opposed the creation of DHS, until Bush reversed position in June 2002 and promoted a different bill that included provisions opposed by Democrats, including Cleland.

That's what you get when you just vacuum up the droppings from the likes of Rich Lowry and then regurgitate them without thought.

Which Jonathan now knows is a reasonable definition of a stenographer. It's like Reading Rainbow here today!

Speaking of Rich Lowry, here's a rather well documented rant on the guy.

Warning: Not safe for little children or "Strong Conservatives."

Oooh, talk about yer straw man.

'Cause it's so obvious YOU never do blanket stereotypes.

Comments to this bog( yes, bog) practically write themselves. In fact, cut-and-paste does quite nicely.

" Apparently, "classlessness" is the word of the day in Wankerville."
This is rich, coming from someone who writes: "Stupid, classless cunt". Apparently, irony is a concept beyond you. In fact, "If the irony were any thicker, I could slice off a chunk and beat you with it."

That, gentlemen, is a true example of " Hoist. Petard. Dumbass motherfucker."

Bog? You read "The Boys" as well? Cool. Oh wait, you're being a pretentious wanker.

Sorry.

That the best you've got, Davy? Christ, man, even thick-as-a-plank Tiggy has more than that. Hang your head in shame.

Go to bed and sleep it off, Grandpa.

My apologies, Tig-boy. I forgot, it's "thick as two planks". Didn't mean to short-change you.

When bog is the best you have fergie, don't expect any better in return.

Oh, Fergusrush brings a lot of good stuff to the table; hissing, scolding, whining, moaning, telling me I'm "thick as two short planks" over and over and over and over...

He either needs to drink more or drink less. I'm not quite sure which.

...I think he's part of Richard's stable.
