Stupid woman day marches merrily on.

Actually, that's unfair since we're going to pop back in to visit Brian Lemon's co-airhead MaryT, as she does to reason and logic what a couple of good ol' boys once did to Ned Beatty:

Judge dismisses charges against Khadr, who has spent 5 yrs at Gitmo. These guys really know how to work the system.

Yes, Mary ... he worked the system to the point where he had the U.S. Congress pass legislation on his behalf:

Khadr was 15 when he was captured in Afghanistan in 2002, accused of killing an American medic. When Khadr arrived at Guantanamo five years ago, he was classified by a military panel as an "enemy combatant."

But under the new Military Commission Act, revised and passed by the U.S. Congress in October 2006, the military commissions only have jurisdiction to try "unlawful enemy combatants."

That tricky, tricky bastard.

Now, would someone please just hold Mary's head underwater until the bubbles stop?

Tut, tut CC, it isn't nice to call for drowning the stupid -- however, handing her an anvil at the beach and asking her to go shoe the seahorsies -- totally kosher.

I think any number of senarios describing how oxygen might be cut off to that woman's brain explains her writing, in any event.
