OK, I CAN'T RESIST. Normally, I don't write about sports but, really, this is just too delicious to ignore. Toronto Blue Jays general manager J. P. Ricciardi on misleading everyone about closer B. J. Ryan's injury, having initially said it was a back problem when it was apparently an elbow problem all along:
Ricciardi denied he ever lied about the nature of Ryan's injury.
"It's not lies if we know the truth," he said.
Um ... wow. Just wow.
