An interesting way to do politics. Deprive people of the right to vote for all parties.

Ummm ... the last time I looked, there was no obligation for any party to field a candidate in every single riding in Canada. Has something changed while I wasn't looking?

I'm really hating the NDP reaction to this. So much for principles. The partisan hissiness of the NDP has always been what prevents me from voting for them.

I'm actually surprised at the reaction to this by the NDP. I thought that they would be happy since it probably will benefit them the most. Touting the Greens as a right-wing party is pretty rich, I have to say.

And not only that, but some ridings vote for their candidate only to have him turn to the opposite party mere days afterwards... Nice this system we have eh?
