Lies, damned lies and Blogging Tory innumeracy.

Hmmm ... I don't know ... this might be a bit verbose:

Sorry, I couldn't resist using that title, which was a tribute to Ken Dryden's anti-Harper rhetoric. Anyway, despite "dropping" Conservative support these past few weeks, Harper remains the PM of choice for 36% of Canadians. Bob Rae doesn't even come close at 26%, while Ignatieff would stand at 23%, Dion at 21% and Kennedy at 17%.

Let me think ... how about something a little punchier ... maybe:

No matter which Liberal leader is factored into the comparison, PM Stephen Harper is never selected as the PM of choice even 40% of the time.

Yeah. That's better.

BY THE WAY, do I even need to point out that "True North" Jason doesn't even seem to understand the logistics of the poll?

I simply cannot understand why you are trashing Stephen. If Stephen is polling at 36% he's got an approval rating right in the neighborhood of George W. Bush!

Hail Harper!

"I hope I can provide a youth's perspective on current events, one that's not tainted by leftist teaching."

Well, Jason's perspective appears to be untainted by any teaching whatsoever. So, in all fairness, you'd have to give him that one.
