Pot, meet kettle.

Apparently, it's outrageous -- outrageous, I tell you -- that the exposure of George Bush's illegal surveillance of American citizens by the New York Times' James Risen and Eric Lichtblau just happens to coincide with the imminent release of Risen's upcoming book, "STATE OF WAR: The Secret History of the CIA and the Bush Administration."

Ah, yes ... carefully timing certain announcements for political or personal opportunism. I guess you have to be a real douchebag to pull that kind of shit.

BY THE WAY, it's becoming clear that the Dems are in this up to their armpits, too.

HOW SOON THEY FORGET: By the way, if you go back to the WingNutDaily article and scroll down, you'll read this hypocritical gem from Power Wanker John Hinderaker:

Lawyer John Hinderaker of the popular weblog Powerline believes intelligence officials who leaked the story to the Times "should be identified, criminally prosecuted, and sent to prison."

Do I really need to explain this to you? You can read all of Hinderaker's hyper-ventilating hypocrisy here.
