Dear Americans: Please keep your religious wingnuts out of Canadian politics.
We up here in Soviet Canuckistan already have enough grief dealing with home-grown religious wankery. We don't need American bible-pounding loons coming up and trying to mess with our political process, particularly American bible-pounding loons that have a real problem understanding the concept of ethics and integrity and stuff like that there.
So, my dear American friends, the sooner you can put that little con artist in jail, the happier we'll all be. If you can do it before our impending national election, so much the better. Get cracking. Time's a wastin'.

I couldn't agree with you more.
At least our liars don't sugarcoat their crap with religious overtones.
In US elections it is totally illegal to have foreign funding of a party. OK you might argue they aren't funding a party...but who are we kidding?
This type of stuff drives me nuts with the US. "Do as we say don't do as we do".
Sure there are a lot of really nice Americans. I've met them when i travelled all around the place when i was a kid and later. I doubt they've changed much. But the political situation down there is a mess...and i don't want it imported here!
what you all fail to understand here about the christian right in the US is that they are trying to save the world... get it... the world. national boundaries are not relevant to their cause of making everyone choose Jesus Christ as their personal savior. And until everyone in the US and Canada and every other country on the planet do so they will not stop.
