OK, I'm confused.

From the May 30 episode of Larry King on CNN:

DICK CHENEY: So I think we're making major progress. And, unfortunately, as I say, it does involve sending young Americans in harm's way. But America will be safer in the long run when Iraq and Afghanistan as well are no longer safe havens for terrorists or places where people can gather and plan and organize attacks against the United States.

From the New York Post, via AmericaBlog:

Yesterday, the NY Post ran a story saying that 40% of the suicide bombers dispatched by Al-Zarqawi were Saudis and only about 9% were Iraqis.

Hmmmm ... so let's see here ... if Iraq and Afghanistan are no longer "safe havens" for terrorists ... and if 40% of them are allegedly Saudis ... and they can't gather and plan in Iraq or Afghanistan ... gee, where on earth might all those Saudis get together to plan and organize attacks against the United States? Where could it possibly be?
